Acterra will be offering a full day educational conference for food service professionals.
Participants will learn about the importance and profitability of sustainable and climate-friendly food service practices. The focus of the day will be on practical solutions and concrete actions that restaurants, caterers, hospitals, educational institutions, corporate campuses, entertainment venues and other institutions that serve food can take to reduce their carbon footprint.
