The Chamber will provide:
• Flyer of the event will be posted/faxed/e-mailed to Chamber members
• Event will be publicized in our newsletter and web page
• The Chamber will host reception desk, provide nametags, and sign-in sheet for guests
• Assist in taking reservations at the Chamber office
The Host will provide:
• Confirm date 1-2 months ahead of time (Fourth Thursday 5:30-7:30 example)
• Beverages (coffee, water, juice, wine)
• Appetizers
• Napkins, plates, cups and necessary utensils
• Registration table at entrance, waste basket and 2 chairs
• Any themed decorations, if applicable
• At least one raffle item for business card drawing
We encourage you to promote the event in advance by inviting those who are important to your business (clients, patrons, staff, neighboring businesses and the VIP’s in your company). Co-hosting with another business is also an option.
